These are the Terms of Servia of BORBOLETA d.o.o. za trgovinu i usluge, MBS 081028468, OIB 96776797706, seated in the Republic of Croatia, in the city of Zagreb at the address Gundulićeva ulica 1.
The website allows its users access to information and services offered by BORBOLETA d.o.o. to those people and organisations interested in them.
The access and use of this website is free for its users.
The access and use of the website do not demand prior subscription or registration of its users.
The language used by the owner is Croatian. BORBOLETA d.o.o. is not responsible for the lack of comprehension or understanding of the language by the user, nor its consequences.
BORBOLETA d.o.o. is allowed to modify the contents without notice, just as eliminate or change them within the website, as well as its access, freely and without justification, not being responsible for the consequences that may cause to the users.

Each and every one of our pieces is carefully prepared in our facilities, so your order should arrive undamaged. Should this not be the case, please contact us. BORBOLETA d.o.o. is not liable for all and / or any damages that are in connection with and / or arise out of transportation, i.e., shipping.

Our accepted payment methods are:
Credit or debit card like VISA, MasterCard, American Express and other international cards,
PayPal, an international payment operator with which you will be able to pay regardless of whether you are a PayPal account holder or not,

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
In which cases can I exchange or return an item?
In all the following assumptions, and whenever it is not related to any one of the following reasons:
I chose the wrong size and I’d like to change it,
The product is not what I expected, and I’d like to return it or exchange it with another one,
I received my order with material damages that were known to me, or could have not been unknown to me, at the time of purchase.
In any case, the products that will be exchanged or returned must be in the condition in which it was received, i.e., if the use of the product did not result in any wear and tear damage and / or any visible and / or hidden damage of the product, or else no exchange or return will be carried out. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to make sure that the items arrive to BORBOLETA d.o.o. in the condition in which the items were received. If you have trouble finding a suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box that your order came in. If the items are received by BORBOLETA d.o.o. in a condition different form the one in which they were received by the Customer, the Customer forfeit his right for the requested return.
The time window in which you can exchange or return an item lasts 30 days, starting from the day the order is delivered.
How can I demand an exchange or a return?
Visit our Returns center.
Once you have fulfilled our Returns Center's form, our Customer Support team will reach you to guide you with your item exchange.
National and International exchanges: Regarding exchanges, our Customer Support team will explain to you the process and give you the information about the corresponding costs.
Once you have fulfilled our Returns Center's form, our Customer Support team will inform you about the address to ship the return. After the package arrives at our facilities, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, informing you that the amount will be sent to your account in about 2-3 business days. You will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase, through a refund processed by PayPal or a return in your credit card. If you paid by using the Cash on Delivery service, you must provide us with detailed information regarding a Croatian bank account on which you want to receive the amount.
BORBOLETA d.o.o. will not be held responsible for any misplaced packages, and it will be the client’s responsibility to make sure the package arrives at our facilities in perfect conditions.
Important information: personalized items can't be either returned or refund.
Which is the time window to demand an exchange or a return?
The time window in which you can demand an exchange or a return is 30 days after the order is delivered.
Exceptions: Orders placed between the 28th of November to the 6th of January can be exchanged or returned until the 7th of February.
What’s the price of an exchange or a return?
The exchange and returns are at the client’s expense. The cost for an exchange or return will be in full paid by the customer.
If you wish to exchange a product for a different one with a different price, the difference will be charged by bank transfer, or PayPal, or Cash on Delivery.
In terms of returns, you will only have to ship the item you want to return to the address we provide, and the shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.
All our items, pursuant to the applicable law, have a minimum warranty. The warranty is valid against defects of materials and/or workmanship. All and / or any cost that are in connection with and / or that arise out of the sale, and / or purchase, and / or shipping, of the items on the website are fully and solely payable by the Customer.
APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a Customer, towards BORBOLETA d.o.o., makes a claim in which he references these Terms of Conditions, the Customer agrees to the applicable law that governs these Terms of Service and to the
dispute resolution mechanism.
The applicable substantive law, that governs these Terms of Service, is the law of the Republic of Croatia.
These Terms of Service will be interpreted and / or supplemented in accordance with substantive law of the Republic of Croatia.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be finally settled by a competent Croatian court seated in the city of Zagreb (Croatia) and under the applicable procedural rules of Croatia and in accordance with the said rules.
